Pro-choice is another word for ABORTION, abortion is another word for MURDER. Those who are pro-choice but are against death penalty got it all backwards: kill the innocent and save the criminal.

In a poll a few years ago it was discovered that most anti-abortionists believed in capital punishment and most pro-choice proponents did not believe in capital punishment.
It is matter of what is accepted by the individual.
If the cells making a baby cannot survive outside the mother than it is not alive...........on the other hand and pushed by the religious segment of the population they seem to believe that life begins with conception.
To my way of thinking it is strictly up to the woman; whether or not to carry the baby to term. And no one else has the right to decide.
Most of the religious anti abortionist make exceptions, for example where the life of the mother is in dire jeopardy, or in the case of impregnation due to rape. Because they allow for those exceptions their argument fails. If life truly begins with conception than even under those extreme circumstances they are being hypocritical. If as they say all life is valuable and sacred then those exceptions can not be allowed. But religious leaders and their followers are known for their hypocritical beliefs.

Because a 5-day old fetus is not a person, but a 50-year old man is. A fetus is a collection of cells - at 5 days, you wouldn't be able to tell it was going to be a person or a fish or a cow or whatever. It's not a person. It can't think. It feels no pain.
The fetus does feel pain. Read some court documents on the issue from a supposed Dr. and they will state that the fetus does in fact attempt to move from the instrument that is being used to kill them. Don't believe me, you have the world wide net at your finger tips...(use it)

(obviously that looks like a little baby. even at few days old.)
people who are pro-choice but against the death penalty are ignorant. even if a tiny fetus (that is, actually, a human life) can't think for it's own yet, you're still taking away the future that it will.
how is there anything different between taking a life with a future, than taking a life with a past?
key word here? life.

I'm not pro-choice or anything.
But other people consider since the baby isn't out of the stomach, that it can't feel anything or that it is living?
But those people don't have their values straight.

i am
i would not deny anyone the right to do what they wish to their own body, especially in cases of rape etc
but i do not believe it is right for some Government to decides who lives and dies based on some jury
people have been given the death penality only to be found innocent afterwards
