It sounds like she may have worms. Go to this site, it gives you some very valuable information on the different types of worms. http://www.canismajor.com/dog/worms.html
Make sure that you take a stool sample with you when you go to the vet. DO NOT TRY TO TREAT THIS WITH OVER THE COUNTER WORMERS!!! They usually don't work and can actually make your puppy sick.
If it is just worms, don't worry too much. The vet can treat the puppy and fix the problem. When at the vet, look into a product called SENTINEL. This is a pill that controls fleas, heartworm and other intestinal worms. It runs only about $11 a month. This is a great product to help you!
Good Luck!

You should take your puppy straight to the vet. It could be quite serious. It might be that the puppy has eaten something it shouldnt have and it has damaged its insides, or it could be something like worms or an infection. The best thing to do is get it checked out before it gets any worse.

Get her to the vet right away. It is probably internal bleeding. Beagles are ruled by their stomach. She has probably eaten something that she shouldn't and it has caused some damage.

in all realities it could be absolutely anything, from something as simple as a brief change in the diet to something as complex as canine parvo-virus. if the pup hasnt had its injections and has been next to an infected dog, the likelyhood of it catching something such as parvo is relatively high. vets = best course of action, just bare in mind that it may not be anything serious but it is still of a high risk if you dont go to vets asap

It's very important to get her to the vet as soon as possible. There might be a serious ailment to it, and your vet can't decide because you can't diagnose over the phone or internet!
