Everyone has a past and where 25 is quite a high number I think a woman would like to be told the truth. Mostly women just ask because they want to know what they're up against. Number 26 might feel like she's being compared or she's not as good as the previous 25 and that might put her off a bit.

No, you should be as honest as possible. She wants to know for her own safety, and can you blame her. There are lots of disease and stuff around nowadays, and i'm sure she wants to see if you're safe to be with.
In addition, she probably wants to know b/c if you have been with 25 girls, she may see you as a player and not someone worthy of a relationship. She probably does not want to be #26, on a list of nameless and faceless conquests.
If you really like her, explain that you've made mistakes in your past concerning other girls, even wait a little longer to have sex with her, so that she doesn't think she is just a number.
Would you rather lie to her now, and then develop a serious relationship with her and have her find out the truth in the future? That could cause problems.

1) Do not lie! That will just invite more opportunities for you and her to lie.
2) If you do not want to share your past with anyone, including this new girlfriend, tell her in a nice way that it really doesn't concern her and has nothing to do with your relationship with her.
3) If she asks, turn it around and say, "You don't really think I want to know how many guys you've slept with, so, why am I under any obligaion to tell you?"
4) In reality, it's none of her GD business, but if you two were having sex and were being tested for STDs/HIV, then that's a whole different ball game, my friend.
5) If you both were considering marriage, the picture changes, too. You both would need eachother's history on everything from credit, to criminal, to sexual. Sorry, dude, but this is the world we live in. It's really not so important how many ppl we've slept with, that need be the concern of our significant other, just that we remain faithful to them and not be irresponsible PR**KS and infect our partner with a disease. Apart from that, if you two plan on never engaging in any type of sexual encounter (yea, right), then it's not your business to know how many guys she's slept with anymore than it is her business to know how many you've slept with. Decide responsibly. Good luck and peace!

Don't lie. It's not a stupid question...and it's one that you should probably be asking back. A girl wants to know how many sexual partners the guy they are with has had for so many reasons and word gets around so if you lie chances are all the girls will pretty much blacklist you. Good luck.

No, don't lie because chances are that the girl will probably find out eventually anyway. You have to be your self and be honest with other people, but maybe you can be more selective with girls you choose to sleep with in the future so that girls don't feel like you are a player.

If you really like the girl and want to get to know her on a deeper level, than yes tell the truth. You don't want to start a relationship off with lies. They will only multiply until the whole relationship becomes a lie.

Well she'll want you to tell the truth b/c if she finds out you lied then she'll be ticked but I don't think I would want to know you were with that many girls if I wasn't gonna sleep with you. Second thought, I would ask in the first place whether I was gonna sleep with you or not. Anyway though, sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Never answer that question...there is no real right answer...tthey want to get you to talk about other girls...they are digging for information to use on you later (and the likelihood of you having some VD)...
No offense, but girls just want all the information they can..because if you mess up or they are ust feeling angry....they know how to get you...if they are mad...then they want you to hurt.

Be honest, really. If she judges you by how many girls you've slept with, then she's not for you. Good luck and happy new year.
