I would NEVER do anything to jeopardize her marriage, should I just avoid her, even though I see her...alot...or just tell her to stop and risk losing a good friendship?

if you find her attractive it means you have eyes for her...thats not good because she is married and that feeling alone is enough to provoke this further....dont flirt back.
if she views you that way it may not be such a good friendship more like friends with benefits so your best bet is to ask her and i know im telling you to do something i'd never be able to but at the same time it is the most reasonable and wise thing to do...ask her how her husband is one day and see how she reacts...if she believes it is a gesture in either direction she will react in a peculiar fashion and then you can confront her for sure...
if not it can even be that because you find her attractive you misunderstand her niceness for being flirty.

Nothing wrong with finding her attractive. Just as long as it doesn't go too far....Tho I think you should back off a bit. She seems to want more than friendship and that could mess up her marriage and it would come back on you.
