Black eyed peas and collard greens, along with most of the rest of the Southern half of the US.
Black eyed peas for luck, and collard greens for prosperity.

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon that i home packed from Alaska this summer. Probably BBQ it using hickory chips, hickory seasoning and brown sugar. I Also prepared some cured salmon three days ago. I cured it using vodka and zest from a lime, lemon and orange a whole lot of kosher salt and some fresh dill let sit for 72 hours, rinse pat dry, Slice paper thin and put on a cracker with some cream cheese. Now this is heaven
