I have two accounts and have accumulated miles on each. Can I use both to utilized the travel miles?

If you're asking if you can COMBINE the miles so that they add up to the number of miles needed for a trip, I seriously doubt it. You can call either of them and ask, but generally you cannot. Just try spending on ONE card or the other until you build up enough miles for a single trip. On the other hand, if TWO of you want to travel, you could each book a flight using ONE of the cards.

You can use miles to purchase multiple tickets on one flight or multiple legs of a round-trip IF either card has enough miles for a full purchase. If neither has enough, you can technically combine them at points.com but the exchange rate is so low that you won't end up with enough for one full ticket.
