2% of a lemon is sugar

getting on for a whole lemons worth.
A lemon reputably has around 20 calories, and is 85% water.
Id say, you'd need 3 lemons to equate to one teaspoon of cane sugar? as they'd be around 3% natural carbs (fruit sugars).

not enough. I once watched a chef after a long hot session in the kitchen peel and eat one with obvious delight. I tried a taste and my tongue shrivelled up for three days.
