mine a lil runny in the inside. its cooked, but lil watery inside. should it firm and moist?
wat happen to mine?

what d ya mean by "the mixing" ?
i mixed it manually with the wire rounded thingy...how u call it?
not the electric mixer.

You either didn't bake it long enough, or had too much liquid for the bread amount. What was the recipe? Eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and day old bread? Mix milk, eggs, vanilla together and pour over the cubed bread, let absorb, bake until done...is that what you did? It should never be watery inside....it should be firm and moist. Try again, or bake it some more. Good luck.,

Sounds like either you had to much milk/cream or you didn't let it rest long enough before baking. The bread needs time to absorb all the liquid... like 20-30 mins. is what I usually wait. Also gentley mix it once or twice during this time to make sure all the liquid is evenly distributed and absorbed. Also, works best with day old (or longer) French bread. When finished it should be moist, firm and delicious. Good luck! :D

BB puding must be moist and firm.Perhaps u can try tis recepi,
250ml Milk
250ml cream
100gm whole egg(5 no)
100gm caster sugar
a pinch of cinnamon powder
left over bread or crossaints
mix all the ingredients together xcepts the bread.line ur baking pan with butter, layer ur bread and pour over the mixture,Bake in 180 degree 4 35 minutes.best to be eaten with french vanilla ice cream

too much moisture used need to cut back on the liquids used,,, also the mixing could be part of the problem
