At GNC you can buy Laci Lebeau Tea. It will clean you out, and is easy to drink on a daily basis. (1 cup before bed) it is full of great cleansing herbs.

The body naturally detoxes itself research shows detox is a waste of time and the number of toxins in a human body pre and post detox are exactly the same

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! http://diet4cleansing.com

water, bottled or tap, spring or still,2 litres and an extre litre each day should be enough. cut down on coffee and alcohol and have the odd cup of cocoa,
eat lots of fruit and some veg. preferably raw.
you dont need expensive products.
A good walk in the fresh air might be all you really need as we tend to spend too much time inside in winter and then we feel sluggish and tired.

Iwould not bother, it is reported in the news today, they have decided that your bady already detox's itself and there is nothing to prove that any kits help the process along, so save your money for your sun tan oil when your on your summer holls

I've never used one, but my buddy used one he bought at GNC, it was pretty expensive too. He ended up soiling himself in his car on the way to the test. I would advise having some free time and being near a bathroom when you take the concoction.

A kit at target or GNC costs about $20-30. Or just take fiber pills and milkweed(cleanses the liver!)
