All cats are different some meow more than others and there is no certain month they meow less unless you think of Feb because it has the least number of days

Well, due to the lack of rain during the months of May through August, cats seem to meow the least because their lungs are dry. You see, cats need moisture to enable their "meow," enzyme which is really a vibration in their throat which bounces, for a lack of better usage of words...off of a nerve in their throat to make a meow sound...by the way, it is interesting that other cats can distinguish the different meow waves which sends messages of all sorts that the sender cat desires to give.

there is no set meowing times or anything. cats meow for a whole load of different reasons, it can be a sign of affection, communication and pain. the level of meowing will depend upon the cats mood. if the cat does not usually meow, then suddenly begins, it is usually a sign of pain where they are trying to remember the "pleasant times" in their lives.

I don't think that cats actually meow greater or least in any month. It depends on the cat how much it meows. My cat says "Hello" whenever she can't find me, "Let me out" whenever she's in the cat carrier, and YELLS at me whenever she's hungry. If your cat's a talker, I'd reccommend earmuffs.
