No. Hell was never intended for mankind and would be considered intruders Matthew 25:41 "Then He will say to those on His left, "Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire PREPARED FOR THE DEVIL AND HIS ANGELS." When Jesus died and shed His blood on the cross He made a way for ALL PEOPLE to HEAVEN. 2 Peter 3:9 " The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise as some understand slowness. He is patient with you not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance."

That is a good start.
Why do we like to watch things that are not pleasant on tv vs things that are? Why do we keep pushing the line about what is right or wrong? Why do we keep pushing the line about what is acceptable? Why do we as a society accept things that at one time wern't?
Maybe there is something wrong with all of us and without the knowledge of God we would have no hope. Jesus is the source of this hope and knowledge. We all, given the right situation with out Jesus, would do despicable things, even you.
Even those who do not know Jesus have the knowledge of God through the civil laws of society passed down generation to generation from the time of Noah, to Abraham, to Moses, to Judahism, to Christainity to western civilization.
Without repentence we would all perish for we all deserve hell for we are all sinners and without repentence of people like you the line gets moved a little more by people who do commit those willful acts of cruelty.

I'd hate to be making judgement about an imaginary and non existent realm of punishment.
I hear people often judge themselves in their final hours before death if they've time.
Those that would control us with fears of imaginary hell would be another option, except my forgiveness would demand that no-one should ever be punished for eternity, simply made to repay what they owe.
Those that would control us with imaginary beings, punishments and similar should somehow have their beliefs lifted away for a while to see just how wrong that is to control others through such things.

In the Bible, John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world,..." So according the God's word, the world is loved by Him. It goes on to say"...that He gave His only begotten Son (Jesus), that whosoever believes in him should not perish, (go to Hell) but have everlasting life in Heaven).
So according to the Bible, The world of mankind deserves the punishment of Hell. God, in His divine goodness made a way through His son, Jesus, who was crucified by mankind for the sins of mankind, that whosoever believes in Jesus' salvation gift would not perish or go to Hell but receive everlasting life in Heaven.
There is a literal Hell just like there is a literal Jerusalem and a literal Boise. All mankind has a debt to pay that we cannot. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Personally I want my daily wages, but not this kind. I prefer the gift of God.
Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (from eternal damnation).

According to Buddhist teachings, you have to commit certain acts and enjoy them to karmically set up the conditions to take rebirth in hell realms. According to Buddhist teachings Hell isn't a place that was "constructed" special for people who are "bad" but rather one constructs the hell realms from their own deluded mind based on their karmic imprints they've constructed.

We are all sinners (those who have rebelled against the holiness of God) and deserve the punishment of death. Who has not lied, stolen, hurt others intentionally, and on and on? We all have.
We are in need of a Savior - we cannot pay the orice for our brokenness ourselves - being good alone or doing good things is not enough - we need the forgiveness and reconciliation with God that can only come through the sacrifice that Jesus paid in our place. Through faith we have it.

All of us deserve Hell. None of us DESERVES to go to Heaven. That is why God had to send Jesus to be a propitiation for our sins. It's easy to look at some one else and say, "Well, at least I'm not as bad as that guy." When we compare ourselves to other people our own sin might not seem so bad. But other people are not our example, Jesus is our example and when we compare ourselves to Jesus we all fall short.
2Cr 10:12 ¶ For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

Few people are worthy of the true hell. The old hell, that being the christain version of it, everybody is worthy of it. But the true hell, the one ruled by satan, is only for those who are keen of mind and not easily swayed by the lies of religion. That is the hell I aim for.

Interesting question. I've heard people who would refuse another food or water are doomed to a lower rebirth (that'd be hell). Basically anybody who is deliberately mean to another would go to hell, I suspect.

I do not believe that there is a hell, but if i would, anyone who damages other people integrity would deserve to go to hell.
