there is alot of way saying I love you to the one you loves..of cos..the best is @ night..somewhere quiet like the beach or having candle light dinner @ a fine dinin restaurant..look into his/her eye...hold his/her hand..and say i love you..and i believe..tt e most perfect moment in ur life;)

Most people say "I love you"...if you feel that will make a fool out of you then apparently you don't think the other person reciprocates your feelings or you don't feel strongly enough about the person to be expressing it.
