My hair was recently permed and i straightened it permenatly. Now my hair has frizzies and is so poofy. How can I make it look more natural and not so poofy.

You need to use a leave in conditioner ( I recommend CHI Silk Infusion), a straightening balm (I recommend L'anza Straight Line Smoother) and then use a good flat iron to quickly run over your hair.

a hair serum but stay away from ones with alcohol as one of the main ingredients. it sounds like it was damaged and alcohol will make it fall out trust me.
also deep condition about twice a week and use a leave in conditioner on top of the regular conditioner, but only a small amount so it doesnt look oily.
this has worked for me ang my hair is sooo soft its my pride and joy!
you might try a flat iron in the mornings chem straighteners only help so much

they have a shampoo just for that i use it alot but i cant remember wat its called juss look at your local wal-mart or hair salon for it
