can you use regular popcorn in an air popper?

i just bought an air popper and i cant find air pop popcorn to pop in it. Can you use regular or would the kernals turn tough? I tried four markets and i cant even find it online

I've always used regular popcorn for my air popcorn popper when I was younger. I knew no other type of popcorn to use. It always turned out fine.

there is no such thing as special air popcorn. you just use regular popcorn. enjoy.
