Well, if you are very athletic, you might not be fat. Do you have a belly. If not, then your high wieght is muscle mass, not fat mass. Most athletes and body builders weigh outside the standard weight because of muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat. That is why you have a high weight, but are still athletic. If you do have a belly though, then you are probably not eating properly to go along with your exercise. You can't just exercise, you have to eat right too. I hope this answers your question. Additional: Oh and btw, for 5ft, 127 is not really a high weight, that's about normal. Especially for someone working out. I hope this helps.

If you have a lot of muscle, then you are not fat. When I was your age and taking karate I weighed 120 pounds. When I stopped taking krate I weighed 105 pounds. At both weights I wore the same size clothing. The difference was I had more muscle at 120 from taking karate and muscle made me weight more.

I'm 13 too and 5ft and i weigh that much too that's pretty normal for you age and your really athletic so all the weight is musle since you play sports and musle weighs more than fat.

well if you are very athletic then you probly have a lot of muscle!
which you've probly heard weighs more than fat!
and actully that is the weight you should be!
