have you been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder or panic attack disorder at all. I dont say this to scare you I say this because that is what I dealt with terribly every day until I went to my doctor and got put on meds anti anxiety anti depressants Its been better since than I dont know how old you are but Im still young if you have a serious anxiety problem Its better to start to deal with it when you are still young you may be scared I know I was but why dont you get a close friend or parent or family member who knows whats been happening to come with you and help explain it to the doc it helped me. I really hope you find the help and meds you need if you end up going on them if you do dont sweet it believe me when I say this it may feel like you are dieing but you will be OK!

Sounds just like the classic anxiety attack-throat tightness,dry mouth,dizziness,heart palpitations etc. Go to the Dr. and tell them about your symptoms, they have some wonderful drugs to help you through them-stay away from the Xanax though. Do not drink caffeine it will either cause them or make them worse. Do you have someone to talk to that has experienced them before? That is a great help too! Good Luck to you. I know how you feel, I have been there.

You shouldn't tink you're a pest to the doctor.. it's your body and you need to take care of it.. you should see the Dr. for this and make sure you mention theirregular heartbeat.. if they don't hear anything during the examination, they can put you on a monitor you would wear for a day or two and see what's happening.. best advice you can get here is to see your doctor soon!! good luck..

the tight throat and ALL the other symptoms you have described are typical of anxiety and panic. ive had them all. when the throat thing started i was really freaked ...until i learned that it s a VERY common symptom of anxiety. DONT worry that your throat will close it...its physically impossible( alot of people worry that they will suffocate)also...i had the heart irregularity feeling too and wore a monitor for 2 days...and the results were normal.
i urge you to talk to your doc about addressing your anxiety.meds and talk therapy can help immensely.
i went though the hypochondria mode too . i understand how embarrassed you feel about going to doc over and over. i hope you can begin to see it for what it is. it is anxiety. and you are not alone!

It may be a viral infection.
Few tips;
1- suck on lozenges.
2- Zinc lozenges are better.
3- Gargle with salt water taken in warm water.
4- Take lemon juice with honey in hot tea.
5-Try Ricola herbal mints made in Switzerland.
6- Eat lot of carrots.
7-Inhale steam from hot tap water after covering the tap with towel.
HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Go to your doctor as this could be causing palpitations, you can never be to careful with your heart, he will do an ECG (echo cardio gram) which is a trace of the heart just to make sure everything as it should be

Sounds like an anxiety attack. I would call your dr and see if he can get you on some antianxiety pills or increase the dose if you are on it. If you are uncomfotable then you need to see the dr. That is what they are for. They don't know you are feeling bad if you do not tell them. Good luck
