As far as I know, there is no actual cure for sickle cell anemia. I have heard that blood transfusions and some medicines can lessen it. And there is research being done in genetics for it.

chemotheraphy and exersise might work. Keeping happy is the number one key to survival and will is also. You can pray to God to find hope and hang with family and friends for happiness. Exersise and eat well to keep your body strong. Don't give up. You have a future, your survival is up to the person with the disease. I think that vitamin b12 might help too. God bless and he cured people when Jesus was on earth. God brings miracles.
