Weight is 130 pounds. Would like to be 122. How would I lose 8 pounds?

Google the GI Diet by Rick Gallop, its a good diet and you will lose well with it. I have lost almost 80lb in 6 months with it (and exercise);

It's a diet that doctors created for heart patients that have to have surgery. You stay on for 3 days and off for 4. Then you do it over again until you lose what you want. In your case that should happen the first week if you follow it to the letter. You can lose 8 to 10 lbs. the first week and then between 4 and 6 lbs. thereafter.

Eat 6 small meals a day. ( a meal every 2-3 hours) Make sure it is healthy. No breads or carbs. Drink a gallon of water a day. Walk everday for 30 minutes twice a day. And you will lose more than that.

Drink lots of water, no extra snacks, lots of will power, Special K for breakfast, salad for dinner, no eating after 7 pm!

but seriously eat less and exercise more---i lost 14 lbs

eat nothing but watermelon for a week (no more, idk how healthy it is for long-term stuff)
