Sugar is a poison and you should treat it as such. Sugar makes us fat, sick, tired and older. It ages you quickly, lowers your immune system, robs you of your energy and makes you gain weight...can lead also to diabetes! This is not a good practice. Eat veggies instead. Munch on carrots or snap peas or celery...nuts, seeds...not sugar. The only sugar that your body should be consuming is from fruit. Lollies are UNATURAL.
Be good to your body and feed it real food that nature made :)

This will only work a few days if at all. Substituting one bad food for another, you will get sick of them. Plus they are empty calories.

Consider making popsicles at least, of water with a little zero cal flavoring. kwim?

You could substitute a lot of things for meals, rice...water....but it's still not the same as working out either.

Consider setting times to eat. 3 meals a day with no snacking. Write a menu for the week. then stick to it. Get RID of all the bad foods in your house, take them to a shelter or food drive. Then only put good foods in your house.

I wouldn't say that is the best idea, because your body gets energy out of foodds like protein and fruits and vegatables!
so if you are going to eat only one food a day I would say eat fruit one day the next day do meat and the next vegatable or whatever you feel like!

Bahaha no.
Lollypops are ALL sugar. Sure, they can boost your energy at first, but once that sugar rush is gone, you're exhausted and hungry again. If you want to lose weight or maintain your weight, eat natural carbohydrates, like fruits, and exercise.

I don't think so because they have a lot of sugar in them and that turns into fat when it goes into your body so...I don't think so.
