Yes it is if you raise them together, and they enter the residence at the same time. that goes for any place you want them to be together. that way you control the dominance. I would suggest that you get them fixed if they are the same sex to also escape the urge the to fight. Better to get 1 of each sex.

as long as you've researched the breed and all of their heriditary issues, such as skin and thyriod problems and you can financially afford to do so. but if both dogs are well socialized and properly fed, proper vet care, and trained, well why not? and it's usually a good idea in general to have your dog sexually altered. if you're wanting 2 sharpei's to breed and you're asking on here, well then the answer is no.

Why would it not be a good idea? They would keep each other company. They need a friend just as much as we do. If its two different sexes just watch out for babies. Unless you plan on breeding don't forget to spade and/or neuter!

I had 1 sharpie who was male and what a great fantastic dog he was.
My neighbour up the road had a bi-tch and it was a nasty little bugger.
I myself would have 2 if I had the room and time for them.
