So i noe a little about this. well u should either do the elemantry thing and have ur friend ask him do he like u. or just flirt until he breaks down and ask u out or if u think he like u then he probably does. so just chill. plus it all matters on do u like him back.

well do this,
1. Be around - be around where he can see you , observe if his looking at you where ever you go.
2. Talk to him - you can do this - (making the first move) if his talking to you as the same tone of your voice (low) then your chances is high.
3. Making move - if his the one who first make the move then either making a move just for you to notice him then your chances is high,

do the flashing of the eye's , ask him out ,a girl asked me out and that to me was the best day of my life ,to have a girl come up and ask me out ,and not being all scurred,we ended up going out on her birthday ,she wanted me as the present ,well she got me ,hey it worked for her ,maybe you can have that same effect ,but when you ask him say it like your shy and at the same time its wut you want ,she was so sexy with the way she did that it made me feel something move between my leggs ... i give her 10 thumbs up , we ended up in a parking garage making out she go ther birthday kiss to and then some
