he lives across the street(most the time) but he never comes out n if i tell ma friend he might tell everyonen when he is outside his brother is too Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

you might want to maybe flirt with them a little. see what they do back. if you ask them, it might freak them out. i wouldn't do that. maybe ask his friends to ask him, but tell them that they were wondering, not u.

Drop signs like:
genlty play with your hair while around him
touch him on the arm gently when talking to him
get kinda close when talking to him
make eye contact and see what he does from time to time
if he picks up on the signs and he likes you, then he will hopefully ask you out

When you are around him do u get butterflies? When he looks at you does he look at you with passion?Does he go out of his way to make you happy? Did he ever stare at you? Or compliment you? Did he make you laugh when you were down? does traits can tell if a man loves you!

well..i guess..to know that..try to be frndz with him first..
it might be that he doesnt have the gutts to talk to express his feelings....
make him comfortable....
give him some space in ur life....
nd then ..he himself will tell u if he does..
or after doin this..u can also ask him out.....

get one of your friends and ask them if they like you. Or just show off in front of him to give him a little "feeling". You know what I mean. lol. Just do everything in your will.
