Ok the question ive been looking to answer lol.

there are many different kinds of creatine. First off, creatine keep your muscles hydrated, thats why they get bigger, because of the water. But hydrating them help them recover much faster and build muscle easier so most of that size stays. Creatine Monohydrate is Crap!! you piss 90% of what you intake of it. dont even bother with it (monohydrate sell for about 20$ for a konths use) . K-alk-creatine u find this creatine in Krush, and in Purple K, both very good creatines (these sell for about 35% for a months use, very good). There is also Tri-creatine, another very good form of creatine, a little less potent then the Purple K and K-alk. (Cell-tech can go for about the same, 35$ for a moths use.)

Depending on how hard you train and what creatine you take, you can see results as early as two weeks.

be sure to take a moths break after two months of taking creatine, or your body will stop feeding your muscles water after you stop. (you will be sort of dependent)

Creatine is also known to give you pimples. If you have acne, go with purple K, it has an active ingredient that even helps acne.

Good luck
