we work together but different shift and different floor.

listen, he like me, really like me, i know it. he think he can hide it but i can see it in his eyes.
he can't face when he comes and sit next to me. when we r in the break room, he would be sitting there and when i show up, he get nervous and walk out of the break room.
i asked him why he leave once and he said he get nervous. why it is when i alway show up.

it been 6 months now since and i still really like him and he does too. he said he wasn't looking a gf and he is single
WHY IT TAKES HIM LONGTIME, I MEAN HE LIKE ME, HE CAN ASK ME OUT BUT HE IS NOT DOING IT.
i did told him that i like him 6 months ago and i don't want to do that again, b/c i asked him out and he cancel it and that is the reason why i don't want to ask him out again or tell him again that i like him.

do u guys have any idea of what is happening here?

Ok I am gonna have to assume that he is white and you are black? My guess is by you stating he is white means you think that may be the problem?
First off him being nervous could be for a lot of reasons. Does the place you work at have a policy on employees dating? Second he could be nervous because he likes you but is not sure what to do. Or it could be that he is nervous because of the racial diference? It is hard for people to sometimes date out of thier race. I will assume you are black you stated he is white. Sadly a norm in our society is a white girl and black guy. So he may have fears about this. Also if it is a racial thing then his friends could be giving him a hard time also. Lot of things to think about.
For example when I was in high school I dated a black girl. We broke up because my friends and hers gave us both a hard time. Also both our parents did. Times can change but attitudes sometimes take longer
Don't put him down for it. Try and be understanding. You seem very outgoing and he may not be so. Talk to him privately at some point and tell him that you do like him and if he doesn't feel that way that is fine. Let him know that it's cool if he is nervous about a racial thing. Don't push it but just say I really would like to get to know you if that is fine and we will take it slow.
