Skin issues?

My friend Hemmy (short for Hema)
is starting to get scabs on her arms, right now theres only three but this morning she told me she got another one, but bigger.
She thinks that she dosnt have an STD, but what would you say she has?
Is it serious??

STDs don't usually cause this sort of thing. This type of bleeding pattern is called purpura. It is a symptom of several things, none of which should be ignored. She needs to go her doc right away - nothing life threatening, but some of the things that cause this symptom are pretty serious.
