I'm sure that he would try to improve this earth, and bring peace to all of us. This world definately could use some, and I believe that now would be a fine time to start.

He is the same Yesterday today and tomorrow. He is omnipresent. He has already seen 2007 in His timeline!!. Its your choice. Your Free will. Therefore He is not suprised.
