Well a good way to stay healthy and that helps with your face is diet and exercise! If you eat right {the right nutrition} when you exercise you will sweat then you just wash your face and your face tends to clear up! Because when you sweat it washes out your pores, so it clears up all the dirt and grime! and after you wash your face you can put clearasal ultra on your trouble spots or any other acne medication that works for you!

a healthy way to eat is a balanced diet. never completely cut one food group out. eat 6 small meals a day. and the biggest thing is to drink plenty of water. hydration is key.
