That is a tough one, the first thing that came to my mind was of a place I know. There is a large carved stone foot, wearing a sandal. This place is a place of learning, There is an assembly there close by. ( I call this place- Walk with me) As there is also a trail where the foot is, and along this trail many ancient things can be learned. We are a world without a past. Many of the things we could learn we are blind to. My life has changed so much since my awakening. I am still the same sinner I was, but now I know there is something more to learn.

No. I don't think they had sizes beck then. They were tailor-made. They measured the feet. Then, they made the sandals.
Even if they did, it probably was:
1) Size "Too Small for the Customer's Feet"
2) Size "Perfect for the Customer's Feet"
3) Size "Too Big for the Customer's Feet"

As a perfect human being, with all the same genetic material as Adam, and who worked as a carpenter for 18 years, he was likely an very impressive individual in appearance. Though he worked in the sun for all those years, because of his genetic structure, he would not have had the leathery skin common to carpenters.
