Why do you need smaller feet? Surgery!
I just had a client, who mountain climbs & wears smaller shoes to reduce his feet. I've never heard of this & quite frankly, it sounds painful. He claims, that it works. He gets a better grip when he climbs. When he isn't climbing he wears regular shoes.
His feet didn't look deformed but it's not a good health practice, he might end up with deformed feet later, due to circulation problems because of reduced blood flow.

Surgery, that's the only way I know how. Why do you want to have a smaller shoe size anyway?? sometimes, bigger is better!

that depends is that shoe old or new? if old you may want to get a diffrent style shoe. if new try returning them, althuogh i don't think they will alow it. you should've tryed them on in the store. unless there for someone else, then i think you can return them.
HINT: don't walk around with the same shoes on!

Cut your toes off.
You can't. You are stuck with the size you inherited from your parents.
