Hi Lydia! Some cats just have a lot of 'loose skin' under their belly and especially with weight gain they may look like they're pregnant. Weight gain is common after spaying, make sure you keep your cat at least somewhat active and have tabs on how much she consumes. It is also possible that something funny happened with the surgery, my aunt's cat was 'spayed' and had a litter of kittens awhile later, it turned out the vet was in a hurry and made a mistake. Is there any symptoms other than that like being depressed, running a fever, or not eating? You need to have the vet check it out. Alot of things can cause that besides just getting fat. Sometimes a cat will gain weight after being spayed so it could be that.

My cat Misty also has a little bag like thing hanging from her belly. She has been spayed as well. Anyways, if you're so worried about it though, call your vet. They aren't supposed to get pregnant because all female reproductive organs are removed.

Sometimes after a cat is spayed, it messes up her stomache muscles and makes her belly hang low. Sorry, don't know the exact terms for it, but as far as I know it is not a health problem.

She might be pregnant again...I know someone who spayed their cat and it gave birth few times after it has been spayed...or maybe she just gained weight...like my cat after it has given birth twice...
you might want to go to the vet to make sure... =)

Depends on her age, could be a combination between a shift in weight and age. Best to talk to your vet if you are truly concerned.

CATS USUALLY GAIN WEIGHT AFTER BEING "FIXED", OR SHE MAY HAVE OTHER MORE SERIOUS PROBLEMS,LIKE KIDNEYS,OR MAYBE JUST WORMS. TAKE HER TO THE VET FOR A CHECK UP
