his legs and hips are fine and the vet doesnt bother sending us anymore booster appointments because they didnt think he would reach this age
with his deafness starting and the lumps and bumps that are starting to grow is this the start of wot i have been dreading(loosing him)

Ignore Pix...14 is quite an age for a Labrador. He's probably rather deaf and may have cataracts. Do take him in to the vet and have him checked over in case there's anything you can do to make his autumn days happier.
But do start preparing yourself for the inevitable. It could be months, or even a year or two, but as I say, he's getting to be quite an elderly gent.

14 is old age for a lab. You should be getting ready for the inevitable.

hopefully not but dogs usually live to 12-16 years old buthe won;'t die but if he has arthritis or cancer he won't last long so these may be his last just don't give him a hard time i mean at least he can still function!

No, just because he is starting to show his old age doesn't mean it is time for death.

Do you still have the receipt and guarantee where you purchased the dog because usually you can take them back and get a replacement or a refund!

Good Luck
