try to keep a food diary and see when and just what you eat, every time you put something in your mouth write it down.
do that for a week, dont change your diet and after you have identified your week times and foods, just cut them down, not out of your diet competly,eg; if you have three custard creams with your morning tea, only have two etc, just cut every thing down.
make sure you eat three or four meals a day, that should cut your sweet cravings.
As for exersize if you can manage a five minute walk.doing it briskly, work your way up to ten minutes a day and see if that helps.good luck darling and have a happy new year.

Sure thing, do some correct, tense sit up and crunches will turn that flab into abs in no time. Try it for 3 weeks, 3 times a week & see the diffrence. When first starting out, do 20 of them in sets of three, like 20-20-20 Once youve reached that goal, and it seems easier, raise the sets to 30-30-40 thats 100 situps & crunchs!! You can do it, there will be soreness and some days you just want to quit, the results will have you looking GOOD! (whistling)

Self discipline, but forget the exercising for the time being, get your diet right first.
You know what crap food is, and if you continue to eat crap food, you'll stay fat, and probably get fatter, and die young - and probably lonely.
Anything with added sugar is out, that includes anything with the words sucrose, frutose, and glucose on the label.
Nothing fried, and try to keep away from anything with more than 10gms per 100gms of fat.
If you're hungry try a slice of wholemeal bread, or a apple.
I guarantee you'll lose weight.....it worked for me.

I lost a stone last year just by cutting out crisps, chocolate, bread and potatoes. I missed them but I wanted to lose the weight more. I didn't do any exercise so if you add some you'll do great. Best of luck x

Are you knowledge the reality that when your entire body will get utilized to a diet program then this diet program turns into much less successful more than time since your entire body adjusts to compensate?

You have already listed three reasons why you shouldn't, or can't, do excercises.
Once you lose these excuses, for that is what they really are, you will look forward to how fit and slim you will look in the very near future.
For a start, get rid of that name! DairyMilk! You're onto a loser straight away!
Fix in your mind what you want to look like first, and then just do it! Don't keep constantly looking for excuses why you shouldn't or can't do it.

Download your favourite tracks to work through to. If you’ve committed to a half hour session a day then a 30-minute soundtrack of the very most upbeat, motivating tunes will maintain you pumped up!

sit ups dont neccesarily involve a lot of work from your back. i just got a consultation from a personal trainer and she showed the most affective way to do it. ill try my best to explain it.
1) lay flat on your back
2) bend your knees and place the heel of your foot on the floor
3) try to maintain a parallel postition with your knees and feet
4) put your hands on your chest
5) make sure you keep your head in the neutral postition (lift your head up slightly but make sure your spine is staight)
6) start to pull up with your stomach until you feel contraction in your lower abdomonel. (your head and upper back should only be a few inches off the ground)
7) try to do 25 or more of these a few times a day.
this is the easiet most effective way to lose extra weight on your stomach.
hope this works for you. try going online and google excercises... im sure it will bring something up. good luck
cut out bad foods. try to get more protein to. thats in eggs, chicken, milk, etc. it helps with muscle growth. stop eating all the junk food too (its called will power). dont stop abrubptly though. this could cause some serious mental issues such as depression. try to "weane" yourself off of it. start watching your calorie intake. i noticed that you said that you have a social phobia. i sort of do to but maybe you should try and find a gym nearby that has a women only section. i find that working out is in a way... well i dont know... sexual and i think its easier when you dont have a bunch of guys staring at your @ss. im very skinny and am only trying to keep in shape. i have a probelm with my heart.... i get out of breath really easily so im hoping that by doing cardio and other excercises (and eating good) will make my heart stronger. try to find a workout buddy. i have my older sister to go with so its not that bad. its nice to have someone to lean on when youre stuggling. i am considered the weak one in the family... its quite pathetic watching me work out. hehehehe.
well ive made this really long and for that im sorry . i hope this helps you. happy new year
