i had a strange dream in which i approached a circle of trees. there were faeries in the trees. i entered the circle of trees and was standing in a clearing of tall grass, under a huge full moon. i looked up at the moon raised my arms and said "fill me with ur light" a beam of light shot from the moon and entered my head at a point located between my eyes. my eyes were closed but i could see silver and blue sparkles fill my head and filter thru my body. i felt so complete and had a sense of belonging i've never felt before. i've searched the internet for the meaning of these symbols i saw in my dream, particularly the circle of trees, but have been unsuccessful. do these symbols mean anything or is it just the work of my imagination? are these symbols pagan?

The circle of trees are your FAMILY and what you saw as fairies are GUARDIAN ANGELS. The angels are there to protect you and your family which has become very important to you, you now feel more close to them. That is a very spiritual dream, it is not pagan, it is from GOD. dream is a form of release of your unconscious mind trying to communicate to your conscious mind.
what happened is theres is these disagreement between the two. there an event happen but one side is not satisfied.by the chosen decision or move. (religion calls it sin)
that creates dream. if both sides is in sync. you won't experience dream.
my interpretation is you feel a kind of lonely, it also shows you have a great belief in a God and hopes he'll take your lonelines out.
circle of trees for me represents a powerful natural being (GOD) who watching you all around. fairies do nothing but just as you're trying to relate trees to a human-like image. Full moon represents drama in your hopes. beam of light in between eyes means you're confused and you're hoping for somebody to enlightened you.
silver and blue sparkle may means its kind of magical, you are hoping for an extraordinary feat to satisfy your specific unconscious wishful thinkng.

Have a spiritual mentor interpret it for you. A true practitioner who can interpret this for you shouldn't charge you for it... ethics, but the person should get to know YOU better by asking pertinent questions about you before determining whether this is just a "wishful thinking" dream (i.e. your subconscious barfing back up repressed thinking), or if you're being called to something, or the symbolism.

God speaks through dreams. Trust me I've had many dreams in which turned out to be Prophesies. However this dream to me seems like God wants to fill you with the Holy Spirit. Pray that God would send the Holy Spirit down upon you and you will feel comfort like never before.

It depends....it could just be a dream.
Or it could be a religious allegory, e.g the fairies were past relatives the trees were the love of God, the moon was God, and you accepted God, yadayadayada Or it could be bhuddist, the fairies are people who have entered Nirvana, the tree is Nirvana, the Moon is your path to Nirvana, yadayadayada.
