Well i have already paid property taxes this year and received bill for Taxes on the 2nd dwelling on the property. I would think this taxes should have been assed and billed on the origanal Taxes bill. Any Ideas? Thanks

There should be a phone number on the bill. Call them and ask.

If the original tax bill that you already paid included the second dwelling on the property, then they should be able to straighten it out. If it didn't include the second dwelling, then you owe the tax - just because they made a mistake and didn't bill you for enough in the first bill doesn't excuse you from paying what you owe.

request a hearing b4 the appraisal review board...take any and all evidence....beware though, just because you may not agree and you are in arbitration...penalties and int will continue to accrue
