Please help!! I want slim legs but most exercises make them muscular!

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially. you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average. 1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day. (btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Well lots of things can make your legs slimmer!
like walking or dancing or running!
lots and lots of running!
also horseback riding, yoga, pilates, just remember everything takes time!
and you should also have a good healthy diet Im not saying you have to cut back just try to examine what you eat and decide what could make you better!

not adding heavy weights. walking long distances. elliptical machine works well. i really wouldn't worry too much about getting "muscular thighs" unless you are a big body builder this isn't going to happen.

I would recommend Pilates. It lengthens the muscles, and shouldn't make them bulky. I would avoid squats and running if you don't want to bulk up.. also, just watch the calories. Good luck!!!

I don't know of many traditional excercise that won't bulk you up except stretching and yoga. Maybe pilates. Good luck.

cardio
doing squats, lunges, that will just make your legs muscular
