Anyone who's reading this is obviously still alive. My mother was convinced she had 15 minutes to live for the last 40 years of her life. You have a good long time too. Don't worry about death so much. Concern yourself with life. Live in the now. Make the most out of each moment. If you do you'll have a good past to reflect on, a good present to enjoy and a good future to look forward to. When death comes you'll be content knowing that you did everything the best way you knew how.

I had the same thing a few years ago, I couldn't even function at all. I had this horrible feeling of dread and that I would die, I couldn't sleep for like 2 weeks and I kept the light on all night. I really understand how you feel. It is the most horrible feeling in the world and people telling you to stop it or forget about it just don't understand and don't help. The feeling just sort of faded away for me, I worry about my family moreso now. It's like I don't care what happens to me as long as they are alright.

Sounds like depression. I would get a change of scenery, take more walk, excesses, ect... If it is medication induced do not hesitate to talk to your doctor.

Yes, depression can cause feelings of panic or death. It's completely irrational, so don't worry
