What type of shredder do you recommend?

I want to use for receipts and junk mail and i'm looking to spend about $20

I have just purchased the Fellows shredder 'PS65C' and it is brilliant. It is a Cross Shredder (Confetti.)

The best and safest are shredders that produce confetti rather than strips, but you won't find one of those for $20!
