I live in rural MS .......big farm country that has brought in many mexicans for a labor force. Why? because no one else wanted to work the hours, what we had had wanted to work one day, get their next check before payday, etc down the line.
I am also in a medical off as mgr and all the mexicans that come to our office pay in cash whatever their bill is. Never has one pulled out a Medicaid card or charged their visit.
The ones that don't pay (even the copymt of 3.00 on Medicaid) are the young ones that the gov't is supporting for not working......none of them are the mexicans.
The Mexicans are provided homes to live in on the farms where they work, or have rented homes to live in for their families. Two men have even opened up very nice restaurants in town..boosting our economy. Also, they have opened 2 churches for themselves to attend.

I have seen pictures of their home they left to come here (2 little girls showed me) and was nothing but dirt roads and dirt yards. So yes they want a better life......and they are willing to work to gain that.

I saw more "homeless" people laying on the sidewalks in Miami than I had ever seen in my life before and it was long before this illegal/legal business became such a hot topic.

As someone who works with the homeless, there is no relationship between illegal aliens and the homeless. Illegal aliens do not take away resources from the "homeless" in the US. The issue of homelessness are vary depending on where one lives. Some contributing factors to homelessness in the US overall are affordable housing (especially for families in places like New York City, San Francisco etc.) and lack of supportive housing for people with Severe & Persistent mental illness, substance abuse etc.

ok...its because illegals have put a strain on our economy and are taking away from americans that really need help...and to further speak, they are taking away the entry level jobs our young people used to use for gaining entry into the job market...they are flooding our country with cheap labor that used to be for americans and are now being taken over by illegals..look at the housing industry..it used to be that a young unskilled man could get a job starting as a laborer and work his way into a carpenter, electrician, or plumber job...now..all those entry level jobs are taken by illegals working for a couple bucks less an hour and eventually they take the better paying jobs too...now do you get it...?????????? and to add insult to injusy...they are not speaking english, so that when an american wants a job on a construction crew, if he doesnt speak spanish he cant get the job,,,thereby the illegals effectively freezing out english speaking people in our own country....i have several more reasons if you really want them....

It doesnt, most citizens think they deserve jobs just because they were born here. This isnt communist Russia, so it isnt no matter what you do at work you get payed. illegals on the other hand, come to this country knowing what poverty is and the want to do somehting with there lives. If they were given the same chance for an education our children waste, the richest people in the world would be "illegals" since they beleive in hard work and working for what there given.

Because they are renting many apartments, using up all of our aid that is suppose to be for only US Citizens, and they are stealing jobs away from Americans.

On what grounds?

Hhmm no I blame lack of affordable housing, lack of livable wage jobs and mental illness for homelessness.

yes to a point!! they are getting the help and using up the budgets on these different programs that they don't deserve. my children don't get free medical, why should these lawbreaking illegals get anything?

All people who blame everything on the illegal aliens are simply looking for something/someone to dump all their guilt on. I say, if they feel so sorry for homeless people, why don't they adopt someone that's homeless and provide for all his/her needs? Again, they're just looking for someone to point fingers at.

Yes I can, since our government spends the money to take care of illegals instead of providing for our own American citizens http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=43275 http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1609318/posts
