All you can do is dye it, or keep plucking them out.

I started noticing white hair when I was in high school. It was kind of funny and a conversation starter. I never minded and still don't even though at 35 yrs. I have a patch of white near the front of my head, and some other white hairs interspersed throughout. I tried dying my hair, and even my hairdresser did, but I found it to be more of a pain and expensive, since I would have to touch up the roots every six weeks or so. I learned the best way to take care of the gray that makes you look a little older.
The remedy is, SMILE! It takes years off your face and folks notice that, not your hair. We can't fight signs of aging, even premature ones, but we always notice our own appearance and flaws more than anyone else does.
Embrace the gray!

Hair dye is the only option I can think of my friend, although don't panic too much, at least it isn't falling out and its very easy to colour your hair. Although I have a heard an old wives tale about not plucking them out or more will appear.

Either pluck them, or dye your hair.
I'm sure there isn't much else you can do.
I have heard of some dyes/shampoos that try to match your color but cover up grays.
My mom used something like that once, and the grays were gone until it grew out.
