Grilled chicken Breast.
Prime cuts of steak.
Ham.
Eggs not too bad but some fat depending on how they are cooked.

High protein veg? lol i'd love to see them veggies after 5kg of lentils.

Beans and fish....fish has the good types of fat that your brain needs to function but not those that would make you gain weight. Plus they don't give you the gas that beans do.
