well there is nothing wrong in asking sum1 out
2 things will happen either they will accept it or reject it
if they reject it u know they dont like u but if they accept it u'll have a chance to know whether they love u or not

u should ask him/her, but first of all you have to became good mind reader or face reader, if you able for that then u can do anything. u can know very easily that person in front of you is interested in you or not. face is a mirror. you better know that how can we find some thoughts.

First you shoudl talk to them and ask them if he would ever like go out with you. And if she would want to have a serious relationship with you. and if she is serious then ask her out. and if she says no to that then forget about her. She obviously doesn't carer enogh.
