my interior lights sometimes stay on and abs lights will come on, and radio messes up too, would it be in my ecm under the hood, or another ecm somewhere elese , like under the dash somewhere, i know theres a ecm for the airbag under ther dash but it works fine

You have several problems!! First, scan the ABS and determine the code(s) that are stored. This will lead you to why these warning lights are coming on. These cars were horrendous for wheel speed sensor wires breaking around the front struts. You will have to chase that. The interior lite problem is usually a problem with one or more of the lite switches with these cars. These switches were located on the actual latch of the door, so finding a wiring diagram to remove the supect connectors would be your first move. With the radio, it sounds like it is an internal problem. Check ground, power, and ignition connections at the back of the radio when the fault is active to confirm.

If you have a radio with a clock in it and the clock light stays on all the time it has malfuntioned and needs to be replaced or disconnected so your battery will stay good.ABS:Change the burned out tail light(s) and it will be healed.
