I'm not sure if I made a new year's resolution. I've been working out and trying to watch what I eat for months. I guess I should just stay with the progress I've made and not stop.

I don't do resolutions so all is well !!
I just can't get into the habit of making a "choice" to do something each January. If I can't live it and make changes all year long for the better, I simply want nothing to do with it.

None made, none to break.
To achieve a successful outcome, initiate positive changes in your lifestyle when you are truly ready for them. The date is of no consequence.
A Good New Year to you.
