Pot roast: I season my roast with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper, then I put the roast it in a crockpot for 10 hours or overnight with carrots, onions, and potatoes, and I add in a can of beef broth or stock.

Fried chicken: I wash and season my chicken pieces with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
I roll the chicken in flour, set it on a baking dis and put it in the fridge for an hour.
Then I remove the chicken from the fridge, fill my deep fryer half full with canola oil and turn it up on high heat until the oil is HOT.
I carefully put the chicken in the HOT oil and cook it for 20-25 minutes until it is nice and brown and the juices run clear.
I remove the chicken from the fryer and I set it on a cookie sheet lined with paper towels to cool and drain excess oil for 10 minutes, then I enjoy eating it.

Meatloaf: I mix ground chuck, ground pork, chopped bell pepper, chopped onions, onion soup mix, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder all together in a big bowl, then I shape the meat in a loaf pan. I bake it on 350 degrees in the oven for an hour until the juices runs clear.
I combine ketchup, brown sugar, and tomato sauce in a bowl and mix it up, then I pour it over the meatloaf, then bake it in the oven for 10 more minutes.

I don't make fried chicken, chicken pot pie or meatloaf but this recipe for pot roast is amazing. and so so easy!!!
I usually serve it with mashed potatoes or scalloped potatoes.

Pot Roast
1 (3-pound) boneless chuck roast
1 1/2 teaspoons House seasoning, recipe follows
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 bay leaves
3 or 4 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Chardonnay

Sprinkle roast on all sides with house seasoning. Using a skillet over high heat, sear roast until brown in oil. Place roast in a slow cooker, and layer onions, bay leaves, crushed bouillon cubes, garlic, and cream of mushroom soup. Add the Chardonnay and cover with enough water to cover all of the ingredients. Cook on the low setting for 8 hours.

House Seasoning:
1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder

I believe easier is quicker and tastes very good too!

Easy Meatloaf
2 lbs. Ground Burger
1 Glass Jar of your favorite Salsa
Ketchup

Mix Burger and Salsa by hand and put in dish. Cover in Ketchup. Cook on 350 until done

Stuffed Cabbage Roll

Core Cabbage and Boil about 15 minutes
Let Cool and while waiting prepare meat mix.

1 lb. Ground Burger mixed with 1 cup rice (if your feeling cheesy, add 1/2 cup shredded cheese or if adventurous, add shredded hashbrowns to the mix-1/2 cup)
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Take leaves, roll meat mix in them and tuck ends in.
Pour 1 Large can of tomato soup over and fill the same can with water to add to boiler. Boil approx. 45 minutes on medium so as not to scorch it.

Goes great with Cornbread
