Similar-ish symptoms right? Two very different problems.
I'm the panic attack type myself. Another symptom I have during an attack that's not on the list is I become very fluched, my face turns bright red, and I feel incredibly hot, like the room suddenly became 15 degrees warmer.
Think of it like this: Panic attack: You are suddenly asked to speak in front of your whole school about something you don't know, without any time to prepare.
Anxiety Attack: You're taking a test you've been studying for, for several days in advance. You are totally prepared, but because you're so nervous, your mind it utterly blank about the answers to the test.
Hope that helps!

An anxiety attack would come after a stressful situation whereby a panic attack is unpredictable and is not from a stressful situation. People often avoid places where they've had panic attacks before such as the store or school.

same thing i used to get the all the time but i taught myself how to control them. I use beata blockers to stop my heart pounding and i sat down breath slowley and focus on my son and all the good things in life i have and dont wont to lose. That helps, also carry a photo of someone you love whether its your mum, kids, wife, gf etc... and concentrat on them when its happening.
