Because not everyone wants to turn away from their bad behaviour badly enough to ask for the mediators help.
Not everyone believes the stories about the mediator - things like turning water to wine and rising from the dead are somewhat fantastical.
And lastly not everyone believes in god.

first of all you need to learn how to spell out the word "one" it isn't hard just three letters. and second of all not everyone believes on god, and if you don't believe in god then you can very well believe in a mediator between god and man.

because the heart is deceitful above all else. Satan is trying to blind the eyes of the people of this world, so they will not accept salvation. God also gives us a choice- we can choose or not choose. Just because something is true it does not mean everyone is going to believe it. I choose to believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life- and no one can get to the Father except through Him.

Because they only believe in what they can see, hear and feel; they also do not want to accept the possibility of there being a G-d, Jesus, a heaven and a hell, because then they would have to face up to the possibility that they might have to change their way of living.
