I love tortilla wraps. Take tortillas, spread a thin layer of cream cheese on them, cover with a layer of thin sliced ham, some people add shredded cheese or salsa (optional), wrap tightly and put toothpicks in to hold together.
Once toothpicks are in cut into small slices and serve on a tray.

Cut some small cherry or grape tomatoes in half and put on a toothpick. Next put on a small leaf of rocket/arugula, (right at the end of the leaf), next a small cube of marinated feta cheese or which ever is your favourite. Then curl the rocket leaf around, and push the other end of it onto the toothpick.
They can also be sprinkle when finished with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Buffalo wings:
Chicken wings, split at the joints (Or you can buy the bag of frozen wing sections)
Wash and season the wings with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
On a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray or oil, arrange the wings on there and bake in oven for 35-45 minutes until crisp and done.
In a big bowl add 2-3 bottles of Franks hot sauce, and a whole stick of butter. Heat the butter and hotsauce up in the microwave until the mixture is HOT and the butter is melted. Stir it around.
Put all the chicken wings in the bowl of sauce to evenly coat the wings. Arrange the wings on a decorative plate and serve with a big bowl of ranch or bleu cheese dressing/dip sauce and carrot and celery sticks. Enjoy.

Ham rolls are pretty easy.
Spread some cream cheese on deli ham. Wrap a quartered dill pickle with the ham. Slice into bite sized pieces. Skewer each piece with a toothpick.

COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
10 oz jar grape jelly
12 oz jar chili sauce (next to the cocktail sauce in the grocery)
Place jelly and chili sauce in a crockpot or dutch oven. Heat on medium heat until jelly melts and sauce is smooth. Add your favorite frozen meatballs (this will coat up to 100 meatballs) and heat on high until meatballs are thawed and hot.
This is an old recipe from the '50s and no one will guess that there's grape jelly in the sauce. I even make it a guessing game and my friends are always astonished.
Hope you will try it...it's always a hit when I take to parties.

4 cups grated sharp Cheddar
1/8 tablespoon pepper
Dip:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Mix well with your fingers. The mixture will be very crumbly. Form into 1 inch balls, squeezing the mixture so it holds together, then rolling it between the palms of your hands to form balls.
Place the balls on the baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. To prevent sticking, move the balls with a spatula halfway through cooking.
To make the dip, combine the mayonnaise and mustard. Serve with sausage balls.
