You might not be at the end of your spurt, but don't expect anything.

As what has been said above, height is all genetics, and there's not anything you can do about it. It's just a shame how many people judge others based on it. It's a shallow world out there, especially when it comes to dating and relationships.

It might not help your outlook much, but to give you another perspective, it'd be worse if you were a guy... short guys have it tougher than short women.

Smoking has nothing to do with non growth. I started smoking at 15, and quit, when I was 25. When I was 17 I stood, only 5'9 Now at my age, I'm 6'2. My fathers side of the family is tall, my mothers side is under 5'8 so, go figure. You may grow a tad taller,

At 17 years of age, It's sad to see how little your level of education is.

There is nothing in this world which can make you grow taller, outside of surgery to break your legs and separate them. There are factors such as smoking and lack of nutrition which can hinder your potential growth height during your growth years from child to teens. If you have maintained a well balanced diet through these years, then you will reach the height predisposed for you based from your genetic inheritance.

nothing will help you grow taller. Your height is determined my genetics. You didnt say just how tall you are but if you are a girl it's no big deal to be short. I am a girl and 5'8 and I always wanted to be shorter like all my friends and look at it this way. Short girls can date any guys cause they are all taller! I could only date tall guys cause I felt awkard being taller than my date!

im not quite sure if theres really a drink or pill to help u with ur growth. but ur fourteen and boys may not start to grow significantly until the age of sixteen even!! sometimes even seventeen depending on who u r!! maybe thou, u may just be shorter it may be in ur gene. but if ur dad is pretty tall, then don't worry, most likely you'll hit a growth spurt soon. other things that can help longate u is sleeping in a bed thats long. make sure u r completely stretched out and on ur back and not curled into a ball. lying straight will help u grow and stretch ur back and legs. stretching high and then lying in bed and stretching ur entire body out for up to ten minutes a day i heard helps you too. drinking milks help also.

For girls, generally speaking, we stop growing two years after we get our periods for the first time. Height is genetics and there is not much you can do to change it. Sorry!
