Do nothing...... outside of improving your diet. Your age has lots of changes coming your way so you better prepare for them. Main thing is to be comfortable with yourself and forget the petty little things teens or near teens worry such as conforming to the anorexic norms common these days. Avoid that pitfall at all cost, just remember if you feel good and healthy you will stand out anyway.
Remember, while you will be at a physical peak for the next few years you are not at full maturity and will be carrying "baby fat" . The extra weight probably will disappear as you grow and adjust to your mature self. When I was 18 I thought I was a fat at 155 lbs but as I worked I became 205 lbs at age 25. I was trim, balanced, powerful, and quick. The lesson is that there are no ideal charts of weight vs height vs age out there. I believe we all know when we reach our optimum weight but because of external influences(peer pressure) we get pushed to lose or gain weight needlessly so my advice is for you to get in tune with your body and allow it to mature at its pace, eat healthy, rest, and exercise and you will attain and maintain your optimum body mass. Just be happy what ever it is.
cheers

try jump roping 3 times or more a week .. my friend lost 10 pounds in two months from jump roping
just do it for 30 minutes, three times a week
its really easy and fun and it doesn't involve alot of skill or anything (plus you dont have to pay for any equipment or a gym membership)
p.s. i agree about the diet pills thing .. they are NOT good for you

When you start to mature more, you'll drop the pounds. Dont worry you still have baby fat.
Do alot of walking, and drink alot of water. Stay away from colas, and fatty fried foods.

Drink a lot of ice water. It burns calories because your body has to warm it up.
