I have been told that you can still eat eggs up to 2 weeks past their expiration date. I would look at them carefully as you open them. If they look dark or smell bad I would not consume them.
You could always call the manufacture and ask them.

I have found that the expiration date on eggs is pretty accurate. I wouldn't eat them after the expiration date. Eggs are only like a dollar for a dozen. When in doubt throw them out.

Put your eggs in water. If one end floats completely up to the top, then throw them out. Fresh eggs won't do that. The fresher the egg, the more of it will stay on the bottom. Beware the egg that stands straight up.

I have used eggs a good month past the date printed on the side.
In other countries they don't even refrigerate eggs. They are sold out on a shelf at room temp. These people are NOT dropping dead because of it so don't worry much about them.

Simple test for egg freshness:
Put the egg in a glass, pour water in over the egg. If the egg floats, it's old. If it stays on the bottom it's fine.

If they are kept very cold, they are probably good for quite a while. I have had eggs that were over a month old and they were still good.

You can test an eggs freshness by placing it in water (while still in its shell). If it lays flat on the bottom it is fresh. If it sits up on its end or floats... not so fresh.

Easy way to tell, put your egg in a glass of water, and if it floats, it is bad.

I give them maybe a week. (Although I've probably not noticed the date and still ate them.) If in doubt, do a float test. If they float, toss'em. If they sink, they're fine.
